During 18 years Ikar-Bank having had leading positions among small banks in Ukraine of return on assets and equity (ROA and ROE) with a good regional market position and share.
By my initiative and under my control in 2003 was launched value based bank management system, which has been aimed to increase the shareholder value and maximizing profit by improving the operational efficiencies and maximum utilization for the available resources.
Business Plan development in cooperation with London Business School and was in touch with EBRD, IFC, VC companies for fundraising. I took part in person in strategic investor procedures from the first contact till closing the deal with banks “TRUST” Russia and Société Générale, France.
