Interested in a long-term position of interpreter / translator and / or EA to senior manager / CEO / Board Member or a position of administrative manager / junior project manger, preferably in a foreign company / international environment. Ideally the position would allow me to fully utilize my passion for foreign languages as well as my technical skills.

  • This is a remote position dealing with administrative and web-site development issues for the company owner currently based in Central Europe.
  • Planning, organizing and reporting.  (Scheduling meetings, preparing of company communications, recording financial activities and monthly reporting. Preparation, editing and review of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets etc.)
  • Data collection and organization (Preparing database for deployment of e-commerce sites)

  • EA/Administrative manager of a green field bank start-up team in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The main goal of the team was to open a brand new bank in Almaty as a subsidiary of Raiffeisen International AG (with headquarters in Vienna). I joined this team together with my supervisor from Raiffeisen Aval, a US citizen working under consultancy contract in Europe.
  • Job duties overview:
  • Interpreter / EA to the project leader (Most of the team members were English-speaking);
  • Search for suitable premises for the bank, negotiations with landlords on prices and terms of lease;
  • Negotiation with main hardware providers in the country; coordination the set-up of initial infrastructure (communications network, internet etc.);
  • Liaison with authorities (interpretation during meetings of senior start-up team members with high-rank officials);
  • Other ad hoc duties of the newly established small bank start-up office. (i.e. general office management, basic network administration etc). Also served as a private assistant to the chief project consultant.
