From May 2007 till March 2009 I was working in the Territorial management of JSB “Factorial - Bank”
From March 2009 till June 2009 I was working in the Territorial management of JSB “SEB Bank”
Achievements in the bank sphere:
- From 2003/08/19 – economist of currency department of the Khmelnitskiy's branch JSB “Factorial - Bank”
- From 2004/04/01 – economist of Retail department of the Khmelnitskiy's branch JSB “Factorial - Bank”;
- From 2004/05/05 - dupity chief of Retail department of the Khmelnitskiy's branch JSB “Factorial - Bank” ;

During my guidance of the Retail business in Khmelnitskiy region the loan's portfolio increased in two times, deposit's portfolio increased on 45 percents, incomes increased in two times. In addition, the Bank intensified cooperation with partners - the Pension Fund, dealers, real estate agencies and other businesses and organizations.
Professional skills:
1) coordination, analysis, control and monitoring the activity of 4 branches on questions of service of retail customers;
2) development and supporting positive relations with operating and potential clients;
3) organization and leadthrough of negotiations with operating and potential clients with the purpose of realization of bank products;
4) contact with customers with the aim of receiving necessary information;
5) organization of work of high-quality service of customers, search for the optimum-balanced decisions which is coming from interests of bank to improvement of relations with clients, making Business Cases for intake of individual decisions and defence them on the Business Committee;
6) introduction of new types of services for clients;
7) management of resource-currency position and provision for structural subdivisions by cash;
8) management activities for realization of strategy on Retail Busines in Khmelnitskiy Region, organization of work among bank workers to increase the personal sales of banking products;
9) analysis of the bank market of region, making suggestions on the improvement of work of inferior structural subdivisions to reach business targets;
10) organization and control of adhering to the rules of the bank corporate culture, standard procedures, rules of internal labor discipline and safety rules, commercial secrecy, confidential information;
11) monitoring of credit brief-case, taking measures for improvement of quality of credit brief-case, analysis the financial and economic activities and the competitive environment of companies, preparation the credit's memorandums defence them on the Credit's Committee;
12) acting director of territorial management in the case of his absence.
