• analyzing the Line of Site performance for radio relay systems, making hop calculation with planning tool Ellipse, put out the documents to construct new radio relay hop;
• determining the type of transmission equipment (Nokia,  Ericsson);
• ordering the equipment from vendors, coordinating the deliveries of the equipment;
• Interaction with general contractor;
