- Total seniority above 10 years, 5 of them on management positions, last 4 in GSM technologies and VAS (value added services) area;

- Value added services development team managing for 2,5G network (including GPRS, SMS, USSD, Voice Mail, LBS, ICB, MCA, SDP, RBT, DMS, other platforms); - Budget owner (forecasting, planning, defense and utilization);

- Project management experience in GSM, microwave and fixed access telecommunication systems;

- Teams management experience (till 27 members of technician and engineering staff);

- Technical support service (NOC, Fault management) organization from the beginning for GSM network including NSS, BSS, RAN, transmission subsystems;

- Rollout processes support and control from the customer side;

- Effective team work creating, crisis management;

- Ability to take decisions, roles, responsibilities and risks; assign roles and duties to subordinates;

- Ability to present information obtainable, to request for and pick up necessary data;

- Presentations, workshops and tenders participation from the customer side;

- Recruitment process (as team head) experience in telecommunication sphere;

- Trainer skills, ability to cultivate upper limit of necessary knowledge in shortest period;

- Performance planning and evaluation skills in order to organize long-term effective team work;

- Team orientation skills, directing teamwork on necessary values like Client Centricity or Result KPI’s.

- GSM and related areas thorough knowledge (degree projects, vendor trainings);

- Operational equipment experience in NSN, Ericsson, Tellabs and other vendors solutions for GSM;

- User and administrative experience in OSS tools (Ericsson, Nokia), Tellabs Manager;

- Oracle, Unix and Solaris based data systems user, DBSTORE, MAXIMO,…;

- Monitoring, statistics and handling tools for GSM and related telecommunication;

- Minilink (microwave), repeaters, D-AMPS, mini ATS and clients’ databases monitoring and handling tools;

- Troubleshooting management for GSM network operational experience;

- Participation in MSC, BSC, BTS sites installation, commissioning and integration;

- BSS, MSC, HLR engineering operational experience;

- Computer advanced user;

- Basic skills in programming languages, scripting experience;

- SQL Navigator user;

- Active libraries and electronic documentations for GSM;

- MediaGW, CAMEL, SDH, PDH, DWDM, LAN, IP, IN indirect experience;

- ISO and SOX standards;

- Self-motivation and team motivation abilities;

- Languages: Ukrainian – native; English, Russian – fluent;

- Driving license "B".
