2004-2006 – completed the MacEwan College’s Management Studies program (Edmonton, Canada);

1996-2001 – graduated from Donetsk State University (Ukraine), the faculty of economy, qualified as a specialist in foreign economic activity.

Employment:

January 2007-September 2009 – Kernel Trade LLC (Kiev, Ukraine), Financial reporting department;

Responsibilities:

-     wide accounting and reporting functions for the Group’s trade subsidiaries (non-residents), tax optimization;

-     providing in-depth assistance with preparing of consolidated financial statements; collaborate extensively with external auditors during periodic corporate audits.

2006 – participation in 3-months student practicum at Budget & Fiscal analysis branch, Edmonton education department (Canada);

Responsibilities:

-     acquaintance with the educational system of Canada in the fields of budget & fiscal policy.

2003-2004 – private entrepreneur experience: a café at the Azov Sea coast;

-     manage every phase day-to-day a cafe’s operations, including staff hiring, payroll, supplier relations; coordinate inventory control, establish sales goals and handle P&L accountability.
