Objective

My goal is to work in a result oriented and hardworking team. Improve effectiveness of all activities on the projects. I'm looking for challenging opportunities for my professional growth as the project manager, which goes in line with the company's growth.

I see myself on a position, where I can continue to combine my skills in such fields as software/web-development, psychology and management with my work experience in project management area.

Skills

I consider managerial and soft-skills primary for Project manager and develop them first of all. I posses managerial skills, able to self-manage and motivate others, teach others, negotiate, able to juggle multiple tasks or projects and prioritize. Also I developed planning, estimating, risk management and organizational skills that are compulsory for project managing.

I have basic programming skills in C/C++, Pascal, HTML, fully competent in MS Office, experienced user of Microsoft Project, JIRA issue tracker, Mantis bug tracking system, have experience of working in Adobe Photoshop, setting up network connections , setting up OS and user software.
