Economic activity analysis (including analysis of sales, ABC/XYZ-analysis of the range of goods, customers and suppliers, analysis of accounts receivable, etc.), identification of deviations from the planned indicators and elaboration of recommendations to avoid them, results visualization. Internal monitoring and audit work. Development of the regulations and reporting forms, monitoring compliance with the regulations. Automation of the analytical reporting process. Development and implementation of the documents circulation system. Manager-economist-researcher qualification (Master Diploma with honors).
