Acceptance engineer

Responsibilities:

1.Provide quality guidance, support and methodology to ensure the project engineering quality.
2.Be responsible for establishing the project quality plan according to project quality requirement.
3.Quality reporting according to the project requirement.
4.Establish quality consciousness of the project team.
5.Facilitate the development and effective implementation of project quality management systems by the Project Team in a manner that meets both corporate, location and contractual requirements.
6.Manage project quality support functions including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, audits and project quality reporting and review
7.Ensure that all areas of the Project’s operations conform to applicable regulatory and contractual HSE obligations.
8.Identifying, understanding and incorporating the quality requirements of the project and applicable processes into project activities; ensure that the customer’s quality requirements and concerns and the needs of multiple stakeholders are being identified and managed by the Project Team effectively.
9.Effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities.
10.Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
11.Participate in the tendering process from vendor selection to bid evaluation. Audit subcontractor quality system/program, including installation/inspection/testing procedures and records, engineering document control, and non-conformance tracking and resolution.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Major in electronic, business management area.
3.Minimum 3 years' quality control or assurance experience in electronics or engineering related industries;
4.Quality control experience in telecommunication engineering project is preferred.
5.Strong quality statistics application and practice capability
6.Be familiar with ISO9001 system.
7.Self-motivated
8.Fluent written and oral English
9.Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit
10.Be willing to frequent business trip.
