Job Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance in new sales of Mobile Marketing services. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to increase new clients/partners in the marketing area. Contributes to the development of training and educational programs for Account/Sales Executives and the marketing department to determine a sales strategy
Responsibilities:
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Driving new sales of Mobile Marketing services
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team
• Generating new business with networking, referrals, and hunting for business
• Presentation of product to decision makers
• Managing opportunities through the pipeline and closing
• Actively growing client base
• Actively growing revenue in account
• Closing business to meet sales quota
• Building relationships and driving revenue with key mobile brands/companies and their agenc
• Analyze prior sales trends to develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Maintaining and developing strong relationship with clients and partners
• Devising strategies to win new clients
• Managing and leading a successful personal financial plan
• Presenting killer pitches to clients in order to win new accounts
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and clients
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines and perform revenue forecasts, win/loss reports that illustrate team's overall performance against quota
• Creates sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with customers, and driving repeat sales
Job Specifications:
• Understanding of the mobile industry and a growing passion for it!
• Sales professional with a bachelor's/master degree, either in business administration, marketing or a related discipline. specialize in software or electronics manufacturing prefer an MBA or master's degree
• Strong digital media experience with ambition and entrepreneurialism
• At least 5 years of sales experience in IT product industry
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to negotiate under intense pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills on English is a must
• Strong computer and analytical skills
• Ability to motivate a team of sales representatives
• International sales experience in the digital sector: games, mobile apps, advertising
• Work or practice abroad
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales
