- strong organizational, analytical, and judgment skills.
- an ability to make and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment without losing sight of the big picture
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- proven knowledge of the software development life cycle.

Desired skills and experience:
- SQL/MySQL Experience
- Apex/Visualforce, C#, php coding experience
- Web services experience
- Javascript / jQuery Development
- iOS / Andriod Development
- a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities:
- develop enhancements to Salesforce.com and related systems
- technical configuration of the Salesforce.com environment
- document and communicate system and process changes
- roubleshoot application errors and participate in issue resolution
- maintain integrations to and from Salesforce.com
- providing Salesforce.com domain knowledge for extensions and/or modifications of Salesforce.com functionality
- acting as a first tier support for our Salesforce.com Administrators; owning and troubleshooting escalated issues
- perform and document testing for upgrades and patches
- engage in programming technique best practices, including contributing to internal and external knowledge bases
- collaborate with third party resources engaged in supporting or extending Salesforce.com.
