Application development manager

An international producer of the leading eCommerce software is looking for an experienced Application Development Manager

Summary:
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of big software application.

Position duties:
• Choosing and setting methodology and project's standarts
• Establishing clear project plans
• Preparing project's documentations
• Managing the development team, including day-to-day operational aspects
• Preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years Team Management + 5 years programmer experience required with web-application development tools (PHP/MySQL/Java).
• Organizational skills and ability to manage teams of more than 50 people effectively
• Ability to manage priorities and to work under pressure
• Good spoken and written English
• Experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies
• Understanding of software architecture design principles
• Experience with implementation of different development processes (agile, scrum, etc.)
