Associate, private equity
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in PE (preferred), business groups (preferred), big 4 audit companies or leading investment banks
Perfect understanding of business practices and advanced knowledge of accounting/audit
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan work and meet tight deadlines
Excellent analytic skills
PC literacy
English fluency
Master’s degree in economics, finance or business administration
Responsibilities:
Assisting senior team member in growing the value of portfolio companies and in execution of new deals
Monitoring of portfolio companies
Business/financial controlling
Supervision of key operating initiatives in portfolio companies
Preparation of investment memoranda, discussion papers, analytical reports for senior team members and board of directors
Analysis of investment projects
Financial modeling
