Attorney - Tax Litigation
Образование: Высшее
Опыт работы: 2-5 лет
График работы: Полный день
The Role
Serving primarily multinational and Ukrainian companies, extensive experience in the following spheres/fields of work: tax litigation; commercial litigation; commercial and company law; contractual law, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• University degree in law
• 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience in tax litigation / tax audits
• Excellent technical knowledge of Ukrainian law, both substantive and procedural, including tax legislation
• Excellent technical expertise in drafting procedural documentation (claims, petitions, etc)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good working knowledge of the English language: both verbal and written
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team, meet challenges and deliver outstanding results
• Career- and success-oriented
