The Senior AX Consultant candidate will lead Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 components implementation and development. Another key responsibility will be to lead specialists in ERP components development and maintenance with the next job purpose:
• Consistently deliver high-quality services
• Maintain and document solutions in accordance with defined software engineering standards
• Estimate efforts required for project implementation and accomplish the tasks in compliance with a schedule defined by project management
• Take full responsibility for the implementation of project parts including work on the new projects
• Assist in facilitation of team meetings
• Regularly participate in reviews of team work products
• Assist in skills development and supervision of junior staff

Education:
• Computer Science, Applied mathematics, Finance or similar

Specialized knowledge:
• 3+ hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX (4.0, 2009) implementation projects as Senior Consultant
• Deep knowledge of Financials (managerial, local and tax accounting) and Project modules (a must)
• Solid understanding of financial business processes as well as international (GAAP/IFRS) and Ukrainian accounting principles
• Understanding of Project Management processes and principles is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX HR module, AX Enterprise Portal, AX BI is a plus
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX integration with third party and/or legacy applications is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems development
