BI Developer

Sphere Consulting is looking for a talented BI Developer to join our fast growing development team in Kharkov.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and synthesize BI problems and requirements from across the organization
• Architect BI solutions in collaboration with business, development and operations teams
• Design, plan, develop, test, document and maintain best-in-class BI capabilities
• Develop BI technology roadmap and experiment with new technologies to solve business needs

Experience required:
• 2-4 years of experience in BI/data warehousing required;
• Very strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and database structures, including ability to query large volumes of data.
• Experience with BI/DW system architecture and DW data modeling desirable.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes desirable.
• Ability to perform tune queries and large data extractions.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and OLAP
• Experience building cubes, as well as developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures and MDX queries is a big plus
• Strong problem solving and analytic skills; ability to transform data into actionable insights which can be easily understood and utilized by the entire organization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills;
