Our client one of the leading production FMCG company successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine is looking for a specialist on the position Brand Manager (cookery), Kiev

Responsibilities:

- To provide appropriate input at individual brand level (and where relevant category) into the commercial and category planning process to achieve brand visions and commercial objectives;
- Develop marketing plans, which generate value growth of our products in Ukraine;
- Develop adequate marketing-mix tactics and strategies in order to reach the brand objectives;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate communication strategies, and manage the communication development process;
- Gain knowledge of the consumers, the customer, the competition, the trade structure of the Company and use it for developing strategies and commercial plans;
- Develop an effective communication network with functions key to the delivery of the plan (other categories, sales, factories, TAG, PTC, supply chain, external agencies);
- Identify and prepare relevant innovation/renovation initiatives in support of category and brand strategies;
- Monitor the PFME budget, insuring financial brands objectives are met;
- Monitor constantly the sales results on national level taking into account brands regional and trade channel sales performance as a base for identifying needs for corrective actions to be taken.

The main recuirements:

- University degree;
- 3-4 years experience in marketing functions;
- Experience in developing successful marketing campaigns and ability for innovation;
- Experience in Brand management;
- Excellent management, organization and coordination skills;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Speaks and writes perfectly Russian, Ukrainian & English;
- Excellent computer skills.
