We search for Business Analysis Office Director with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Education:

• Master degree or higher
• Degree in Computer Science or similar (desirable)
• Business education (desirable)

Specialized knowledge:

• Understanding of IT industry specifics and trends and software development company operating specifics
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Understanding of general management and project management principles
• Proficiency in business and system analysis methodologies

Skills & Abilities:

• Deep analytical skills
• Excellent management skills (setting clear objectives and goals and managing priorities)
• Good team building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills an absolute must
• Ability to work under pressure and in different environments
• Result-orientation and attention to details
• Ability to handle multi-tasking activities
• Initiative and pro-active skills and flexibility

Professional Certification:

• Frequent traveling
• Remote distributed team coordinating
