Responsibilities Managing business and system requirements for the new Derivatives MIS project (Data Warehousing, Reporting).
Basic Skills / Knowledge
1. Strong experience in IT development principles 5+
2. Strong analytical and communication skills
3. Ability to quickly catch the business needs and system requirements
4. Experience with data processing / reporting solutions
5. Knowledge / experience in derivatives field
My key requirement is that they have worked on MIS systems. We need people who have real experience, not just read a book about it.
Experience on data analysis would also be useful, knowledge of data profiling techniques.
Experience of mapping data fields between systems, designing ETL processes to some extent.
Understanding of data warehouse technology, dimensional modeling techniques- to understand it rather than be an expert in it
English level Fluent
