Business analyst

LUXOFT Company (IBS group of companies) opens Business analysts NY position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer

Responsibilities:
- Interaction with business gathering business requirements
- Collaborating with UBS in drawing up functional requirements specifications, formulating and documenting them
- Providing clear understanding of the requirements by developers
- Verification of the developed applications for the correctness of the implementation of business requirements

Requirements:
- Experience as an analyst of complex enterprise systems 3 years
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of different methodologies of software development
- Understanding the basics of business processes related to electronic trading on the exchange, in relation to an investment bank or similar financial institutions, in particular - middle-office processes (trade confirmations, settlements)
- A good knowledge of derivative products is desirable
- Leadership skills, ability to work independently and in team
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio is desirable
