Business analyst (donetsk)

Magento, Inc., an eBay Company (X.Commerce) is looking for Business Analyst to work on the full-time basis in our office.

Required skills:
•2+ years functional analyst experience in a software development environment
•A BA/BS degree in a business, technical field or related discipline
•Good communication skills and upper intermediate level of English is a must
•Proactive attitude and communication management skills
•Strong analytical, testing and problem solving skills
•Excellent inter-personal, written, and verbal communication skills
•UML knowledge
•Internet/web experience
•Ability to gather business requirements and produce supported use cases and detailed user stories
•Ability to understand complex systems and the high level architecture (basic understanding of web services, APIs, UI, databases)
•Experience working with distributed teams
•Skills in technical documentation writing and analysis. Proven experience with different documenting approaches and standards
•Requirements gathering and documentation techniques
•Understanding of major project management processes

Main responsibilities:
•Writing, editing, maintaining of technical documentation
•Collaborate with US/Ukraine based business representatives, project managers, BA's, developers, QA, etc.
•Act as 'translator' between business representatives and solutions delivery team members, in order to drive out detailed and actionable development requirements from fairly general statements of business information needs
•Managing multiple assignments simultaneously and working independently
•Proactive input of own ideas regarding additional documentation solutions
