Large foreign agro-chemical company is expanding its business in Ukraine & looking for Business Development & Marketing Team Assistant.
Basic functional duties: Responsible for back office support of Business Development and Marketing activities of the company products with the objective of improving the company's participation on the UA crop protection products market.
Tasks:
- Communicates and/or coordinates principal's instructions and desires with various individuals and/or departments.
- Furnishes and obtains information from other principals or outside representatives.
- Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors for the principal. Answers routine questions, obtains, and furnishes information to save supervisor's time.
- Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Organizes and maintains principal's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with limited direction.
- Routes or answers routine correspondence not requiring supervisor's attention.
- Drafts correspondence for principal's final approval.
- Prepares special reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing information.
- Organizes and prepares complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications.
Main requirements to the candidate:
- University degree;
- Operational experience: Personal/BD/Marketingassistant experience ideally on behalf of multinational company.
- Language skills: English - upper-intermediate;
- PC skills: MS Office SW is a must;
- Personal qualities: Strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent analytical skills, ability to search and systematize relevant information, high level of self-organization. Sociable, enthusiastic, persuasive, attentive to details and careful in execution, friendly team-player. Diligent, hard-working, flexible, able to multi-task
