Business Unit Manager

Our client, large multinational company, leader in producing FMCG goods announces a competition on the open vacancy of Business Unit Manager ( Production Manager)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the production Business Unit;
Ensure the most efficient - in terms of expenses - production of the object product;
Organize and control the production process to ensure the object production volume and efficient use of the resources;
Lead production teams and ensure personnel development;
Coordinate communication with other plant departments ;
Responsible for budgeting and staying within the budget limits, monitoring and reporting about divergence.

REQUIREMENTS:
University degree, preferably in Engineering area;
5 years of overall experience in production, in multinational FMCG company;
Fluent in English;
Strong leadership skills, excellent communicator/ presenter, good analytical skills.
