• Qualifications: Computer Science degree or equivalent

• Experience:
o Commercial experience as a software developer.
o Development of large distributed software systems.
• Technical skills:
o This role requires solid technical skills and aptitude.
o Detailed knowledge of advanced Windows OS concepts and debugging skills (Windbg).
o Expert understanding of C++ and its modern concepts, solid STL skills.
o Proven track record of multi-threaded programming and expert understanding of concepts behind it
o Relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server)
o Experience with server-side programming and client side programming on Windows systems.
• Communication: Must be able to
o communicate effectively with other development team members, other project members, managers and users, gauging the level of technical knowledge of the audience in these communications.
o participate in technical discussions within the development team, communicating any issues that have a project-wide scope to the necessary level.
o participate in a culture of “knowledge sharing” within the development team.
