Chief finansial officer
Real Estate company is looking for a highly qualified CFO for its Shopping Centre.
Main requirements:
- higher education in finance;
- 5+ years of managerial experience as Finance Director, CFO etc;
- Fluent English is a must!
- knowledge of specific of business will be a plus (work with tenants, maintenance and operation of trade areas etc.);
- active person, team player but professionally independent, readiness to decision making;
- hardworking.
Main responsibilities:
- budgeting;
- automation of the financial processes;
- costs optimization;
- improving the efficiency of the department work;
- improving the internal controls;
- management reporting.
