Large software company looks for a Chief Scrum Mastеr

Responsibilities:
• Establish, coordinate and tune the processes for 11-15 teams of 8 people led by Scrum Masters and distributed over 3 locations
• Responsible for overall project performance and quality tuning
• 11-15 Scrum Masters coaching


Mandatory Skills:
1. Certified Scrum Master+.
2. Scrum projects practical experience
3. Java Enterprise projects experience
4. Excellent English reading/writing/communication skills.

Optional Requirements:
1. Experience in Lean (with real achievements) is a plus
2. Attained trainings conducted by world-known Scrum guru is a plus
3. Participation in SOA-based projects is a plus
