Position description
Leading U.S. based technology developer (named cool vendor by Gartner) opens Client Support Engineer position in its Kiev branch office. This person is intended to develop cutting-edge solutions in direct collaboration with world leading IT companies, such as Oracle, Microsoft, IBM and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with external customers, team members, vendors & the senior management team
- Effectively manage scope, issues, risks, resources & internal/external customer expectations
- Provide on-site engineering support, deployment and trouble resolution for customers
- Controlling, tracking & reporting activities to ensure efficient development & implementation of applications under an aggressive timeline
- Personal participation in the product implementation process
- Conducting technical sessions with customers
- Collecting customers’ responses to form SOWs for R&D department
Requirements
- Product oriented mindset
- Good programming skills
- Experience in XML, JavaScript and/or VB Script
- Experience in implementation and deployment to customers’ environments
- Software products support and troubleshooting experience
- 2 to 5 years experience in client project management/client implementation
- Candidates with recent systems integration experience handling implementation of business automation projects are preferred
- Extensive travel should be expected (a passport is required).
- Written and spoken English is a must
Compensation Package
Base salary starting from $2000 per/month (depends on skills, would be finally discussed on the interview), 20-days paid vacation yearly, performance bonus program.
Location
