Commercial director of shopping centre

Real Estate company is looking for a highly qualified Commercial Director for its Shopping Centre.

Main requirements:
- higher education
- 5+ years of managerial experience as Sales Director, Commercial Manager etc.
- Fluent English is a must!
- knowledge of specific of business will be a plus (work with tenants, maintenance and operation of trade areas etc.)
- active person, team player but professionally independent, readiness to decision making
- hardworking.

Main duties:
- Evaluation and optimization of sales process
- Evaluation and development of the new features of existing projects
- Market analysis and identification of potential segments to launch new projects
- The formation of the competitive environment of commodity-price policy
- Coordination and control of retail units
- Management and control of budget execution and sales plans
- Strategic planning, budgeting for future periods
- Analysis of the effectiveness of the sales process in retail
