Our client is a leading foreign real estate agency which specializes in сonsulting and brokerage services is looking for Corporate Clients Manager, Kiev

The main responsibilities:
 Active search for new clients;
 Negotiating cooperation agreements with new clients;
 Market analysis;
 Administrative function Negotiation with corporate clients;
 Preparation of necessary documentation;
 Providing all needed services for company’s clients and support all of them ;
 Concluding purchase and sale contracts;
 Realized performance targets.

The main requirements for Ideal Candidate:
 Age under 35 years of age;
 The University Degree;
 Excellent knowledge of B2B and corporate market of Kiev and Ukraine;
 2+ years experienced in B2B market (facility management, real estate is desirable);
 English Fluent is a must;
 Client oriented, drive for results, ability to handle stress.
