Creative director (photo studio)

International photo studio is looking for a Creative Director.

Duties:
- Consistently brain storm new and innovative ideas for photo shoots;
- Consistently and in advance search for, negotiate and organize ideal locations for photo shoots;
- Prepare photographic briefs in accordance with best-selling stock photos;
- Identify suitable models for each brief;
- Work collaboratively with Senior Photographer;
- Identifying, planning and organizing props in advance and negotiating contra deals or agreements to use cost
efficient props;
- Continuously monitor the biggest competitors and keep abreast of latest trends of stock photography;
- Be highly organized and lead, manage and coach your related staff members in order to achieve best results;
- Make weekly list of photography shoots;
- Work closely and follow through with other staff/departments within our company when required;
- To respond to any emails accurately and in a professional and timely manner;
- To be flexible with working hours when required;
- Work closely with General Director and Global Operations Director and perform any other business related
tasks that may be required;
- Conduct all business and align yourself with the company's core values.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience from 2-3 years;
- Understanding of show business area;
- English-fluent;
- Personal qualities: highly creative, motivated, focused, dedicated, lateral thinker, make decisions quickly;
