Customer Care Assistant

R&R Music (http://www.randrmusic.com/) is a new wave in the music industry. We create innovative solutions that can change the future of the record industry.
Customer Care Assistant will provide customer support to the company’s websites’ users all over the world.
The primary job objectives are to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction in all dealings with customers and work as part of an Online Marketing team.
Main Requirements:
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Computer and Internet literate; basic understanding of web infrastructure
• Good communication skills, a candidate must be highly self organized and responsible
• Online marketing experience, basic testing skills and interest in music would be a plus
