A young and rapid growing company is seeking highly motivated Customer
Care Specialists for a part-time job (ability to work at morning shifts with
flexible working schedule).
Candidates must have excellent communication and computer skills to handle
inbound/outbound calls with English-speaking customers. Some knowledge of
internet-based sales a definite plus, one year of Call Center or 2 years
of customer service experience is desired.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree; or
one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.

Summary: Answers to all incoming calls and emails from English-speaking
customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Assist customers on a daily basis via telephone or written correspondence
• Be professional and efficient while following policy and procedures.
• Provide support to customers on a variety of issues.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Other duties may be assigned.
