Customer service & import logistics representative

The basic functional duties:
Receives and processes complex customer/intercompany orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers/intercompany supplier and local sales staff. This job requires analysis, judgment, and sensitivity to customer needs.
Incumbents utilize knowledge of products, product availability & supply/import management, sales territories of sales reps and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer/intercompany supplier. Job holders exercise judgment and discretion, and function independently within authorized limits.
Tasks:

Records and processes orders (sales & purchase) and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal customer contact.
Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines.
Suggests additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs.
Checks and approves credit within established limitations, and confirms orders.
Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer products supply complaints and issues.
Serves as communication link between customers/intercompany suppliers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
Tracks order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
Expedites the delivery of selected orders.

Requirements to the candidate:
Sex: M/F
Formation: flexible self-starter hungry to win the team support
Operational experience: customer service and products imports logistics (ideally on behalf multinational company, crop protection and/or veterinary products or pharmaceuticals)
Knowledge of foreign languages: English is a must
Knowledge of the personal computer: MS Office SW is a must
