Job description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering the best in class service to our customers, interactions with manufacturers, providing and processing information in response to inquiries, concerns or requests while maintaining the highest level of integrity. The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

The right candidate must have:
• Desire to deliver an incredible customer experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, strong writing and phone etiquette skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage difficult customer calls and resolve issues quickly.
• Stay calm under pressure and manage stress while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of PC software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, however we will train.
• Knowledge of automotive parts industry preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English is a MUST
Duties include but not limited to:
• Handling a high volume of inbound calls with enthusiasm and courtesy.
• Understanding the products and consumer expectations.
• Speaking thoroughly and professionally in dealing with clients and customers.
• Strive for one call resolution with every call.
• Compliance with daily task list.
• Accurately processing customer orders.
