Customer service specialist (logistics)
International Logistics Operator specialized in services for the automotive industry is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for high-quality daily relations with the company's customers;
- conducting customer satisfaction surveys;
- implementation of preventive actions and improvement programs;
- carrying of analyzes and preparation of reports.
Requirements:
- Education: minimum average degree;
- Good command of English is a must (written and oral);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service department;
- Experience in customer service in logistics or automotive company would be an asset;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet;
- Excellent communication and organization;
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
