General Requirements (Must have to successful candidate):
Education in Computer Science or similar;
Full-time employment;
Good level of spoken English;
Strong technical skills with demonstrated ability to learn;
Ability to cooperate with English-speaking colleagues from the entire world;
Excellent reporting and communication skills;
Process orientated person.
Desirable skills/experience:
MS Windows/Unix network administration;
ITIL knowledge;
Helpdesk / 1st line support;
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Experience in product management/project management.
Responsibilities:
provide Full Life Test for products (services) and prepare instructions for customer support;
cooperate with development teams in order to request changes required to make products (services) support-ready;
keep customer support documentation and resources up to date;
provide last level technical customer support;
provide trainings/coaching for remote customer support teams;
supervise work of the remote customer support teams, provide QoS reports;
communicate with the 3rd party service providers;
collect statistics and provide analytical reports for the product support cycle.
