DB Architect

DB Architect for its Kiev office.

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
Proved experienced in:
• Oracle 10/11
• PostgreSQL experience
• Performance Tuning
• Logical Modeling
• Maintenance of metadata/documentation
• Establish/enforce DB standards
• Ability to lead DB impact reviews and make recommendations
• Physical Modeling
• VLDB Implementations
• DB installation and configuring
• Advanced partitioning & clustering
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:
• DB Configuration management
– Update DB documentation
– DB Schema change reports preparation
– Forcing of Naming convention policy.
• DB impact analysis
– System design analysis from DB perspective – performance impact, functional impact etc.
• DB Development
– SQL and PL/SQL development
– Performance problems resolution
• Testing support
– Big environments set-up.
– Help QA with problems during tests execution
