Developer partnership manager (eastern europe)

We are looking for a self-directed, motivated and innovative Developer Partnership Manager who will create and maintain relationships with game developers. Your objective will be to ensure that «company» is distributing the highest quality casual gaming content available across the Internet’s biggest brands, including Yahoo!, MSN and AT&T. If your dream is to wake up each morning ready to figure out new and exciting ways to deliver fun to game players around the world, we want to speak to you.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish new business relationships with game developers.
• Negotiate contracts to acquire content from developers
• Serve as «company» liaison with developers, including managing all developer inquiries that «company» receives (i.e. financial reporting, market trends, game production etc.)
• Coordinate efforts with other «company» teams (including finance, marketing, QA, etc.) to best serve the developer community
• Provide online retail expertise by researching and analyzing competitors and market trends
• Help developers to maximize their revenue by providing direction and insight regarding game performance and results.

Requirements/Qualifications/Experience
• Passion for gaming
• Understanding of industry trends including distribution/pricing strategies and product performance.
• Experience working in organizations where cross-functional interdependence is required
• Experience negotiating diverse contracts and working closely with legal teams
• Advanced understanding of key metrics and reporting technologies
• Written and verbal proficiency in both the English and Russian languages required
• Experience in the games industry
