responsibilities:
- manage technical tickets and questions raised in support desk tools and Layar developer community forums
- validate bug reports and create bug tickets when a bug is verified. Test and confirm that bugs have been fixed
- review layers that request publication approval. Act as layer quality assurance, while inspiring and encouraging developers to create even richer layer content and immersive augmented reality experiences
- write and improve Layar Wiki documentation in a clear, concise and timely manner, including updating the documentation, writing tutorials / examples, etc
requirements:
- good knowledge of web development in general, such as PHP, MySQL
- knowledge of web-based APIs, such as JSON
- basic knowledge of mobile app development, e.g. on iOS
- experience in managing multiple accounts and the ability to multitask with varying priorities
- excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various resources in different teams to solve escalated technical problems
