International company in looking for HR Director (Belarus)
Requirements:
University degree (HR related would be a plus)
Minimum from 3 years of experience at the relevant position
Good working English
People management experience
Organizational and decision-making abilities
Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Establishes effective HR policies and procedures relating to quality recruitment, training and development
Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs, responsible for determining appropriate professional development activities.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Maintains organization staff by establishing recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling Managers on candidate selection; recommending changes.
Maintains pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
