Требования к соискателю:You are well experienced in retail sales , ideally in consumer products , as shop manager or area manager.
You are a commercial free thinker, be innovative, ambitious and a self starter
You have the confidence to be able to make an impact from day one in an exciting retail environment where you are daily challenged.
You have good experience in personal leadership
You have the turnover in mind and the customer in focus
You are acquainted with our assortment
You are motivating yourself as well as your staff
You think analytic and act target oriented
You are consistent in reaching your goals
You speak and write fluently English , whereas your mother tongue is Russian or Ukraine
You are well experienced with Microsoft Office, Word, Lotus etc.

Обязанности:
You are guiding, developing and motivating the shop – personal
You will be fully accountable for driving revenue, controlling costs, leading an empowered team
You are managing the day to day operation of the shop
You are controlling and optimizing all sales processes
You are implementing Merchandising and Promotion activities successfully in the shop
You are ensuring a successful presentation of goods
You make sure the stock is in stores at the right time in the right place
You are analysing sales data's and preparing report
You will constantly look for new opportunities and ways of working that will create a better business.
