We search for Engagement Manager with strong knowledge and working experience in:
Education:
• Master degree in Computer Science or similar
• Business, marketing, management education (Desirable)
Specialized knowledge:
• Understanding of how IT business works and markets SoftServe sells into
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering methodologies
Skills & Abilities
• English upper intermediate level or higher
• High analytical skills (ability to analyze & recognize prospect/client needs and find appropriate solutions)
• Risks management, gap analysis and reviewing skills (Desirable)
• Self-management, time management and self-organization skills
• Result orientation and ability to provide results in short term
• Strong management/project management skills
• Pro-activeness and initiative skills
• Self-education and fast-education abilities
• Process-orientation and flexibility
• Good prioritization abilities
• Risk management skills
• Ability to drive several prospects/clients and teams in parallel
• Training process organization and tracking skills (Desirable)
• Cultural differences understanding (Desirable)
Experience
• Proven communicator/presenter
• Proven success as team player in previous position(s)
• Proven leadership and team building experience
• Experience in client relationships management (Desirable)
• Experience in developing proposals and estimates
• Proven analytical experience
• Experience in processes analysis and establishment
• Technology and/or Quality Assurance/Quality Control background
Work Conditions:
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Stressful, responsible, highly-pressured job
