English Language Coach
Responsibilities:
Conducts English lessons using coaching techniques;
Develops his/her knowledge and skills on a constant basis;
Makes necessary reporting.

Requirements:
Work experience in teaching adults from 1 to 5 years;
Flexible, able to adapt to new system of training and learn by own mistakes;
Result-oriented and taking advantage of opportunities;
Able to “feel” the audience, deep understanding of clients’ psychological types;
Able to keep the group focused and involved during the training;
High level of communication and analytical abilities;
Positive and proactive team-player;
Dynamic, striving for self-development and innovations.
