English Teacher

Sphere Consulting is looking for a talented English Teacher to join our fast growing IT Company in Kharkov.


Responsibilities:
- Teach our Employees how to speak American English, how to make business calls and talk with the Clients, how to conduct business correspondence.
- Plan a program of study that meets the students’ individualized needs, interest, and abilities.
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the students’ interest.
- Assess the accomplishments of students on a regular basis and provide progress reports as required.
- Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and according to the goals, establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, projects, and the like to communicate these objectives to the students.


Experience required:
- Experience teaching Spoken and Business English in big IT companies.
- International experience or exchange program experience is a plus
- Punctuality and honesty is a huge plus
- Applicants must have good communication skill, be energetic, love to teach and talk.
- Be fluent and proficient in the English language
- Degree in English
