Experienced Material Logistics coordinator

Big British oil and gas company is searching for an Experienced Material & Logistics coordinator.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Health Safety and Environmental maters at the Red City Pipe Storage Yard and Warehouse facilities.
• Assist with the maintenance of the Company’s Inventory Control system using Microsoft Excel
• Receipt of Goods arriving at COMPANY Pipe Yard and or Warehouse
• Despatch Goods and equipment to the Contracted Drilling Rigs
• Maintain Rental Drilling Tool Register
• Assist with identifying potential Contractors, such as Machine Shops, for the repair of Drilling Equipment.
• Assist with Customs issues surrounding Importation and Exportation of Equipment as and when requested by the Contracts & Logistics Supervision.
• Assist with other Materials & Logistics duties as and when requested.
• Integral member of the Emergency Response Team.


Requirements:
Good knowledge of field Construction process / constraints
Ability to start from "zero"
Ability to determine possible "bottlenecks" and avoid them
English language (working level)
Technical or Logistics background is preferable
Excellent communication skills
