For project manager

Ciklum is a Danish IT outsourcing company specialized in nearshore software development. Established in 2002, Ciklum employs 800+ specialists working in more than 100 clients’ own development teams. Ciklum has six development offices in Ukraine and representative offices in Denmark, Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands.
Currently we are looking for Project Manager for Project Office.
Ciklum Project Office performs full cycle software development on various types of projects, mainly in web development and mobile applications. Project office has distributed development team located in Kiev, Kharkov, Minsk, Vinnitsa and Lahore (Pakistan)
Essential job functions: Pre-sales support on competence – participation in client meetings, project requirements analysis, project budget proposal and decision making, staffing, Project management (important – may be many projects at once, I.e 4-8 projects, and distributed team), project tracking and control.
General requirements:
Education:Higher, Computer Science or any other Technical education is preferred but not a must
Experience: 2+ years
Level of English: Fluent
Personal: Good communication, good analytical skills, strong technical language, business understanding
Technical skills :
Project Management:
Classical methodologies knowledge: waterfall, RUP, SCRUM
Business communication and business writing
Distributed or hybrid teams management – at least some experience
Software Development Life Cycle
Commercial proposal making Classical PM/PMBOK/SCRUM certifications are plus
Quality Assurance
Work experience on open source or community project is a plus
Personal skills:
Good communication – clean and structured.
Business Trips: Yes, approximately 1 business trip per 2-6 months. Trips abroad included.
