Front End Engineer

iWin.com, a successful casual games web company, is looking for experienced web front-end engineers.

Working closely with a team spread over the globe, you'll design and implement front end web experience.

Requirement:
- You must be able to communicate in written English fairly well. This includes reading design documents and commenting your code in English.
- We have an office in Kiev. You are welcome to work there with the camaraderie of a group of our other developers. Otherwise, you'll need to be comfortable working at your home or other location of your devising.

Responsibilities:
- Take graphics and design documents and create new web site features
- Build initial HTML mockups in semantically correct XHTML with tableless CSS
- Create XSLT that takes input XML and renders your XHTML
- Write complicated AJAX JavaScript that manages user state and financial transactions
- Work closely with a global back-end engineering team
- Follow the direction of technical leads
- Report on progress daily

Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years web front end focused experience
- Thorough understanding of web front-end programming
- Some exposure to XML/XSLT a big plus
- Decent English written communications skills
- Positive energy and willingness to follow directions
