Front Office Team Leader (WEB)

We are currently seeking a Front Office Technical Leader for R
* Fluent English;
* Experience in web (third tier applications, application servers, DB servers) architectures implementation;

Technical skills:
Strong Java/J2EE (WebLogic; Tomcat) experience;
Knowledge and using of Java Best Practice;
Good experience in JSP/Servlet;
XML/XSLT/WSDL transformers;
Ability to develop in environment like Eclipse/CVS;
Participating in 3-5 middle-large scale projects with above technologies;
