General Foreman

General Foreman
* Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
*Site general foreman with 7+ years experience in civil construction projects including housing units, administrative buildings and civil infrastructure.
*Middle East project experience is a plus.
Key Tasks and duties:
* Ensure short-term programmers are adhered to and achieved.
* Ensure the standard of materials and workmanship are completed to an acceptable level.
* Ensure all plant and materials are scheduled in time.
* Close liaison with Contract Q.S. regarding cost control and waste management.
* Compliance with ISO 9001: ISO 14001 Integrated Management Systems.
* Ensure Health & Safety regulations are complied with by all personnel on site.
* Co-ordination and management of Sub-Contractors. Maintaining good relations on site.
* English Good oral and written communication skills, Arabic and Russian are a plus
* Full driving licence
* Objective setting
* Civil/ Structural concrete construction
