Our client is a leading International IT-consulting company
Position: GENESYS ENGINEER (Kiev, Ukraine) U559-CV
ROLES:
• Provide day to day technical management of Genesys system
• Development and support of Genesys/CTI URS routing
• Support and development of Genesys real-time and historical reporting (Infomart, CCPulse, Advisor) environment
• WFM installation and configuration
• Genesys Media layer, Reporting, Media Gateway, URS installation and configuration
• SIP gateway installation and integration and maintenance
• Genesys GVP, GPlus, iWD and any other Genesys related applications
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and related areas
• High level of technical experience in Genesys software and infrastructure (min. 2 years of experience in a Genesys framework, T-Servers and preferably reporting and routing)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrate ability to communicate well with non-technical end-users to develop requirements and educate/ guide them towards best practices
• Understanding how to integrate Genesys components and the working of a call center environment
• Sound skills in configuring various components of Genesys’ platform
• English - upper intermediate level, French language skills are a plus
